We are glad you’re here and ready to take your Life Stress Test today. Taking time to answer the following questions will help you to better understand the impact stress has on your well-being and support you in the future.

Stress can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior. Being able to recognize common stress symptoms, situations and measure the intensity of these moments can help you manage them. Stress that's left unchecked can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes. 

The test will take approximately 30 minutes. As you move through the questions, you may experience a variety of emotions. Please know that there is not a right or a wrong way to answer. Answer as accurately as possible based on the way you felt at the time. If, at any time, you need to take a break, the system will save all of your responses and you will receive an email with a link to resume the test at your convenience.
